Whole30
The Whole30 diet is a 30-day elimination program that emphasizes meats, seafood, eggs, fruits, vegetables, and natural fats, while avoiding sugar, alcohol, grains, legumes, dairy, and processed foods. This diet, stricter than the Paleo diet, aims to reset the body, identify food sensitivities, and change one's relationship with food. Adherents believe it can result in weight loss, improved digestion, higher energy, better sleep, and reduced food cravings.

The Whole30 Diet
The Whole30 diet is a 30-day elimination diet that aims to "reset" the body by excluding potentially inflammatory foods. Its adherents believe that by eliminating certain food groups for a period of time and then gradually reintroducing them, they can identify foods that their bodies might be reacting negatively to.
During the 30 days, participants must abstain from all forms of sugar (except fruit), alcohol, grains, legumes, dairy, and processed foods. Foods consumed should mainly be meats, seafood, eggs, fruits, and vegetables, along with natural fats like avocados and nuts (except peanuts, which are a legume).
The Whole30 diet shares some similarities with the Paleo diet as both exclude grains, legumes, and dairy, but it's even more restrictive by also excluding all forms of sugar, including natural sweeteners like honey or maple syrup.
Adherents believe that by following the Whole30 diet, they can change their relationship with food and better understand how certain foods impact their bodies. They also believe it can lead to various health benefits, such as weight loss, improved digestion, higher energy levels, better sleep, and reduction in food cravings.
